Childcare can be an obstacle to continuing one’s college education. To help offset some of those costs Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) will be providing childcare assistance grants to qualified students to assist with the cost of childcare.
Bedford City Manager Jimmy Stathatos promoted Chief Financial Officer Caryn Riggs to Assistant City Manager on Friday, August 5. Riggs joined the City of Bedford in March and has been overseeing the Administrative Services department, which includes finance, budgeting, purchasing, municipal court, teen court, and utility billing divisions.

Brown issued a reminder to City residents that on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, neighborhoods citywide are invited to join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the “39th Annual National Night Out” (NNO) crime and drug prevention event. National Night Out, which is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the City of Buffalo, will involve over 16,400 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities, and military bases around the world.

Auburn University’s graduate Supply Chain Management program in the Harbert College of Business is ranked 14th in the nation in its first year of operation by Gartner Inc., a research and consulting firm that assesses supply chain management programs in higher education.
