CITY OF ROCK SPRINGS, WYOMING 

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT

To all persons, firms or corporations who have any claims for work done for or any materials furnished to:

                                                 DeBernardi Construction Co., Inc. 

                                                 514 G Streeet

                                                 Rock Springs, Wy 82901

General Contractors for:         2022 Concrete Replacement Phase II Project

That is located in the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the City of Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, has accepted as substantially completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the City of Rock Springs and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the 2022 Concrete Replacement Phase II Project and that the said contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon the July 21st, 2023, being the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, the City of Rock Springs will pay DeBernardi Construction Co., Inc. (Contractor) the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the City of Rock Springs prior to said date, the same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes.
