Of the 2,191 people living in Star Valley Ranch in 2020, 48.8 percent (1,069) were women and 51.2 percent (1,122) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Wyoming News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 9. In the 65 and over age range, there were 290 females and 345 males.
