Residents Invited to Provide Feedback on Parks and Trails
0Comments

Bedford recently issued the following announcement.

Resident input needed! The City Council and staff are seeking community feedback at two upcoming public meetings as part of the Parks and Trails Master Plan update process. The updated Parks and Trails Master Plan will serve as a guiding document for decisions regarding future park amenities and trail sections.

Residents are invited to attend one of the two upcoming meetings:

  • 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12 at City Hall (Building A), 2000 Forest Ridge Dr.
  • 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 21 at City Hall (Building A)

During the meeting, the consultant will ask attendees questions such as what park amenities they use, what parks they visit, and what park amenities they would use if the City of Bedford had it. This is your chance to voice your opinion in an official setting where it will be recorded and taken into account for the final plan.

If you are unable to attend either meeting and would like to provide your feedback, there will be additional public input meetings as well as a community survey in the upcoming weeks. If you’d like to sign-up for the survey, via the City’s FlashVote system, please sign-up online. Both meetings will be broadcast live on the City’s website and available the next day for viewing at the same link.
