NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT

To all persons, firms or corporations who have any claims for work done for or any materials furnished to:

                                                R&D Sweeping & Asphalt Maintenance

                                                1931 Yellowstone Road 

                                                Rock Springs, WY 82901

General Contractors for:         2023 Crack Seal Project 

That is located in the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the City of Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, has accepted as completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the City of Rock Springs and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the 2023 Crack Seal Project and that the said contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon July 21st, 2023 being the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, the City of Rock Springs will pay to R&D Sweeping & Asphalt Maintenance (Contractor) the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the City of Rock Springs prior to said date, the same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes.
