At a meeting in early June, Town Council adopted a new fee schedule, updating many of the Town’s fees. In recent years the Town’s fees have not kept-up with inflation or the Consumer Price Index (CPI). These updates are an attempt to come closer to some cost recovery for the levels of service that the Town regularly provides. New fees take effect July 3, 2023 and include udpates to the following.

  • Business Licenses
  • Liquor Licenses
  • Encroachment Permits
  • Special Event Permits for for-profit entities
  • Planning Permits
  • Building Permits
  • Mechanical Permits
  • More
