Crews to Begin Endpoint Replacement on Water Meters

0Comments

Over the next couple of months, you may see folks enter your property to work on your water meter. Employees of Badger Meter (who can be identified wearing yellow/orange reflector vests) will be replacing endpoints on water meters throughout the City. These endpoints communicate data from the water meters to the cell towers and are used to remotely read meters and keep track of your water usage through the City’s EyeOnWater program.

The endpoint replacements will not cause any disruptions to service and crews will only be in the area on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Customers’ water bills will not be impacted by these replacements. For additional information or questions, please contact Water Utility Billing at 817-952-2112.
