Heads-up drivers! Over HEB ISD’s Thanksgiving Break, the City of Bedford will be changing the school zone signs and re-timing the flashers to better align with the school start times and the State guidelines.
Current School Zone Operation Times
- Morning School Zone Times: 7:15 – 8:30 a.m.
- Afternoon School Zone Times: 2:30 – 4 p.m.
NEW School Zone Operation Times
- Morning School Zone Times: 7 – 8:30 a.m.
- Afternoon School Zone Times: 2:30 – 4:05 p.m.
For reference, here are the current HEB ISD school start/end times:
- Elementary: 7:50 a.m. – 3:05 p.m.
- Junior High: 8:20 a.m. – 3:35 p.m.
